II. Pre-Natal Belly Dance: "Full Womb Dance”
Belly Dance basics, modified for the pregnant mom are the focus of this class which will include cardio-fitness, mind/body techniques, and special strength and flexibility exercises to ease the discomforts of pregnancy and birth, and improve the overall health of mother and baby in a supportive group environment. Wear comfortable clothes for exercise. Bring water, a light protein snack, and your yoga "sticky mat" and dance belt if you have them. You may also want to bring a notebook and pen for taking notes on moves we learn. A Doctor's release is required for this class. Download form here.

III. “Wise Womb Dance”
In this class we will focus on the needs of Post-Natal Women to help re-tone muscles and regain your pre-baby shape in a supportive group with other new moms and babies. Also suitable for post-menopausal women who are new to the dance.
IV “Fertile Womb Dance”
This class is for anyone who is considering a pregnancy at any time in the future, as well as those who would like to better understand the interactions of Belly Dance with pregnancy, labor, & recovery. We will learn Belly Dance basics along with exercises that will help to prepare your body to support a healthy pregnancy as well as improving overall reproductive system health. .
V. “New Womb Dance”
Class for adolescent girls will cover belly dance technique, choreography, nutrition and sacred sexuality education in a supportive and fun peer group environment.
VI. “Pixie’s Dark Womb Dance”
This class is for girls ages 5- 12 (pre-menses). They will get to know their bodies and be introduced to a life-long love of fitness through belly dance moves and choreography. The class will also include self-esteem building and age appropriate body education, including healthy eating and puberty.
Henna Party
Come learn some history and techniques of henna application to create "impermanent tattoos." You will also get a chance to practice applying henna on yourself or others and go home with a bit of henna with which to practice.
Belt Making Workshop
Learn to make a knotted yarn and tassel belt. bring at least 2 contrasting corlors of yarn and a strip of fabric to use as the base. It should be long enough to tie sceurely around your hips and approx 2-5 inches wide. Those of you with crochet or knitting skills can prepare a base that is as wide as you like and just long enough to wrap completely around your hips. It could even be a triangle shape. You can add the ties later.
